Tony specialises in brief formulation, contracting and delivery management of large scale building projects.
Expertise
Tony has extensive expertise with a grass roots understanding of the physical elements and processes required to successfully develop infrastructure via his background as an engineer. Tony rounds out his capabilities by credentials and experience in project management, valuation and finance.
Tony has worked on delivering all asset classes during his career including:
Representing owners interests for project delivery for all project aspects
Extensive experience in development of business plan, physical delivery and financial performance
Development and optimisation of brief
Incorporation of brief into contract documents

Formulation, negotiation and management of joint ventures
Experience
Tony has three decades of property experience in development, asset management and finance both locally and globally.
He has served as CEO of Hammerson Australia, VP Majid Al Futtaim Group and most recently CEO of Alba Capital Partners.
Tony was Project Director for ANU Exchange City West urban regeneration project for Alba Capital Partners. Tony has also led the development of two large shopping centres in Egypt totalling 55,000 square metres for Majid Al Futtaim.
